MINT Internship Programs

The MINT Center has developed a culture with unique philosophy of education to train and cultivate the youth that emphasizes interdisciplinary research in information and energy related science and engineering. Among the various programs, the MINT Center has conducted the following three programs:

Summer Internship Program (SIP)

The SIP program offers international students the opportunity to participate in research project for about 10 weeks during the summer. Students receive a specific research project assignment, and they work closely with faculty, postdoctoral and graduate students.

Partial supports for travels and accommodations will be provided, subject to the budget.

High School Research Internship (HSIP)

The HSIP is an about 10 weeks-long program for high school students from local high schools. They will join research teams and carry out basic research projects at the Center. A stipend will be provided subject to the budget.
